CIDEX provides the following equipment with the stands:

For raw spaces:

Raw space holders are provided with just the bare space and all other services have to be ordered seperately.

CIDEX provides design and fabrication facilities for individual spaces.

Technical Services:

The following services will be provided by CIDEX and/or its appointed agencies. Please note that you will have to place orders previously for the same:

• Freight forwarding
• Compressed air
• Water, for kitchen and machinery
• Electricity, supply and connection, for lighting and machinery
• Telephone and fax
• Computers and audiovisual equipment
• Manpower for stands and stand construction
• Security

Additional orders:

The Technical manual may be used to place additional orders. The relevant forms may be used for the same. The deadline for all the additional orders is the 31st of December 2002, for the shows in February.

Additional orders will be entertained at site only on a first come first serve basis. There will also be a 30% surcharge for orders not placed before the cut off date.
